Pest Arrest's exclusive ARREST™ System is the smartest and most economical way to control pests and is our recommended solution for most pest issues. Utilizing Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices, the ARREST™ system will first resolve your pest concern, and then continue to protect your home and prevent further issues. The ARREST™ system has the solutions to meet every budget and need. Additionally, all ARREST™ system customers receive 20%  off any additional services, including animal exclusion, mosquitoes, roaches, silverfish, and more!​

What is included with the ARREST™ system

Under the ARREST™ System, we will come every three months to perform the following treatments:

​

  •             Preventative perimeter spray

  •             Preventative eaves spray

  •             Fly treatment around trash cans (if applicable)

  •             Inspection and refill of rodent stations (if applicable)

  • ​            Interior spot treatment (if required or requested​)​

  •             No charge for additional visits (per warranty policy)


Pest Arrest will warranty all quarterly treatments for a period not to exceed 3 months for all general crawling insects with the exception of wood-destroying insects, fleas/ticks, and other excluded pests.

What should I expect during a service call?

​

Our Service Specialists will arrive in our familiar Pest Arrest vehicle to thoroughly inspect the interior and exterior of your home. They will search for causes and evidence of particular pests, and identify other areas where they see the potential for future pest issues.

Exterior inspection

  • Cracks or gaps in windows, siding, mortar, or foundation

  • Roof deficiencies that can be seen from the ground

  • Shrubbery or tree limbs touching your home

  • Stored firewood near your home

  • Outdoor lighting

Internal inspection

  • Food and water sources

  • Moisture issues such as leaking pipes

  • Humid conditions

  • Sanitation issues

  • Physical damage or pest droppings

After the Service Specialist inspects and identifies pest problems, they will recommend a targeted treatment plan to meet your specific needs and clearly explain how our services will be provided. 

 

Your visit from Pest Arrest will leave you with the peace of mind that an effective treatment plan has been set in motion to keep you, your family, and your pets safe. Your Service Specialist will provide a detailed Service Report explaining the steps they have taken towards pest prevention and control. Under the cost-effective ARREST™ system (recommended), we’ll be back in another three months, or anytime you call us!
